Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation: * Appointments must be booked in advance, typically at least 24 hours prior to the session. Trainer Responsibilities: -Trainers are responsible for providing safe and effective training sessions. -Trainers will maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy. -Trainers will provide guidance and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals. -Trainers will adapt workouts based on client progress and needs. 6. Liability and Disclaimer: The trainer is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training. Clients acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks and assume all liability for their participation. Clients are encouraged to consult with their physician before starting any new workout regimen. 7. Termination of Services: * The trainer may terminate the client relationship with reasonable notice for any reason, including non-payment, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with policies. Clients may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. 8. Confidentiality: All information discussed during training sessions will be kept confidential. Trainer will not share any personal information about the client with third parties without their consent.
